Where it comes from,
where it goes.
Our funding is hybrid by design: three independent sources feed a single fund, and the fund has a single destination — free educational content. Simple to explain, simple to audit.
The three sources, in detail
Official shop
A share of every sale at oxigenius.shop goes to the content fund. The shop is the model’s predictable base: it funds continuous operation without depending on donation seasonality.
Corporate sponsorship
Signed projects — video seasons, school adoptions — with their own budget, goals and report. This is what enables the leaps in scale.
Donations
100% allocated to producing and distributing free material. The institute’s operation is never covered by individual donations.
Commitments that do not change
The model can evolve; these principles cannot:
- The educational core stays free, always — no story, video or lesson plan behind a paywall
- Open books — consolidated percentages and figures published in the annual impact reports
- Donations never become overhead — they fund content and distribution, never structure
- Children’s data is not a product — we do not sell, rent or cross-reference portal user data
- Sponsorship does not edit content — partners sign, but scientific and pedagogical review validates
“A healthy funding model is one you can explain to an eight-year-old. Ours: the shop and the partners pay the bill so the school never does.”
